The gleaming glass façade of 19 Dutch by GKV is not your typical façade, but one with a unique screen wall that creates shadow designs within select apartments and illuminates in direct sunlight – a nod to the revitalization of the neighborhood.
Interior Design
We sought out to innovate and create one-of-a-kind, art-directed spaces; from the custom design centric elevator cabs that are Dutch-inspired to the small crafted and elevated details within the apartment corridors –the Dutch is truly in the details.
